Download the FlyGo app from the App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery. When registering, enter your phone number and enter the code that will be sent to the specified phone by SMS. Read the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, sign them by ticking the consent box. If you do not agree with the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, then you should refuse to use the application.
After registration, it is necessary to provide access to GPS, the phone's camera and specify the payment method - bind a Visa / Mastercard card, it is necessary for further use of the application.
After you have indicated the payment method, the amount of UAH 40 will be charged from your card to the balance of the application. This amount will allow you to book an electric scooter, start a trip and rent up to 3 electric scooters at the same time for a certain number of minutes according to the current tariffs. When the amount on the balance is lower than UAH 12, the amount of UAH 70 will be charged from your card to the balance of the application, so that you can continue using the electric scooter. If you wish to delete or change your payment method, you must complete all active leases, ensure that you have no outstanding debts, and delete or change your details. It is forbidden to be distracted and carry out these actions during the movement of the electric scooter, because it is not safe for your health and the health of the people around you.
If the scooter is nearby - scan the QR code on the steering wheel of the scooter through the app or enter its number in the special field.
If there are no scooters near you, go to the app and book the nearest scooter you want to rent for free *, reach it, scan the QR code or enter its number in the special field to start the ride.
You can rent up to 3 electric scooters from one app at the same time. To do this, scan the QR code of the second, then the third electric scooter, or book them if they are not near you.
After scanning the QR code, you will hear the sound signal of the scooter, which will mean the start of the trip, the screen of the scooter will be activated. After that, you need to remove the kickstand, push off with one leg several times to accelerate the scooter and press the gas button. Before the end of the trip, both feet must be on the platform of the scooter. When driving, use protective equipment, a helmet, follow traffic rules and personal safety.

For your convenience, the app indicates the charge level of each scooter. When choosing a scooter, we recommend paying attention to the battery charge and choosing with the maximum.
You can also choose the nearest scooter and drive to the scooter with the maximum charge, so as not to worry about the length of the trip.
As soon as the scooter's charge becomes low, the scooter will enter eco-mode, gradually reducing speed and power until it comes to a complete stop. If this happens, we recommend driving to the parking area and exchanging the scooter for another one that will have a full charge.
